Buy It Now Policy:
Once an offer has been accepted, a $1,000 deposit is required to hold the item until the final payment is rendered within the 5-day pay period. After the deposit is received, an email will be sent with the remaining balance due and payment instructions. The item will be considered sold pending receipt of the final payment.
