By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that they have either inspected the item to their satisfaction, accepted the description and inspection as stated or have voluntarily elected to bid without inspection and accept all risks associated with that decision.

We sell items located across the United States. Please refer to the first line of each item's description for the specific location from which the item is being sold. It is the bidder's responsibility to review the item location prior to bidding and to consider any transportation, shipping, or pickup requirements associated with that location.

Payment in full is due no later than Wednesday following the close of the auction. Failure to remit payment by the deadline may result in storage fees, suspension of bidding privileges, and/or forfeiture of the item(s). Any forfeited items may be resold at the Seller's discretion, and the bidder may be held responsible for any resulting losses or fees. Please ensure payment is made on time to avoid additional charges and penalties.

Unit comes fully furnished with everything pictured inside. Outside stairways and roof connected to the building is included. For roof and deck connected to both buildings. It is first come first serve between the winning bidder and adjacent building winning bidder. Must be removed without damaging other unit. ** Winning bidder will have 30 days to remove unit from property and is responsible for any and all costs for removal of unit. Springy spot in the floor near the exterior door on bathroom end. Foot in picture indicating spot. Visible signs of light water damage near bathroom wall under the sink and counter in the main room. Floor was not soft when stepping on the area. One tongue is connected and the other is not. Unit does NOT come with axles, springs, and tires. It looks to have some tires underneath. Unsure if they are for the unit or not. Unit comes fully furnished with everything pictured inside. Outside stairways and roof connected to the building is included.
